An expanded medical marijuana program is coming to Maryland. But, will it in fact make marijuana accessible to those who need it? We talk with Del. Dan Morhaim, co-sponsor of the bill that paved the way for medical marijuana.

Then: how do you engage a neighborhood to advocate for its best interests? We ask Mel Freeman, who's leaving after five years as Executive Director of the Citizens Planning and Housing Association.

Plus, theater critic J. Wynn Rousuck reviews two, count ‘em, two plays: Single Carrot Theatre’s "References to Salvador Dali Make Me Hot" and "Fortune's Child" at the Theater Project.

And, we talk with Olympia Snowe, former Republican Senator from Maine, about dysfunction on Capitol Hill.
