How One Researcher Is Keeping Cougars At Bay In Washington

Cougars are hard to track — and even harder to count — but sightings of them are on the rise in northeastern Washington state.

That’s according to one researcher who is working to find a way to ensure that cougars avoid people, their pets and livestock. His tools? Dogs and podcasts.
