Ousted Haitian president Jean-Bertrand Aristide left his exile in Africa to take up temporary residence in Jamaica. Haiti's interim leader has suspended relations with Jamaica over the issue, recalling the Haitian ambassador from Kingston. NPR's Gerry Hadden reports.
