Submit Event

WYPR's Events Calendar features educational, not-for-profit, and arts & cultural events in Baltimore and surrounding communities. Listings are collected from site visitors, organizations, venues, and WYPR. All submissions will be reviewed for consideration by an editor at WYPR before appearing on the site. WYPR reserves the right to edit or refuse any submissions. Details of each event are the responsibility of the submitter and WYPR takes no responsibility for inaccurate information. Please contact the station if you notice inaccurate information in event listings.

When entering events:

• Make sure you select the proper category for the event
• Enter the event at least 2 weeks prior to event date but, please not more than six (6) months before your event.  Please allow WYPR two weeks to add your event to calendar.
• Include your contact information so we can contact you in case we have questions
• Following the guidelines provided, fill out all information as completely and accurately as possible. Note: Listings with missing information and those that do not follow guidelines will not get posted.
• Please do not submit multiple events for an event that stretches beyond one day.
