Every Saturday at midnite on WYPR, "Rock & Roll Archeology" takes a weekly one hour dig through the musical myths and mysteries of the Rock & Roll era ( roughly from 1950-1970) featuring the music and the artists that shaped a generation and the stories that go along with them. Whether searching for the first true Rock & Roll recording or sorting through Beatlemania, "Rock & Roll Archeology" is part record-listening party and part history lesson allowing Rock lovers to hear song-by-song the evolution of one of the most influenetial art forms in history. |
