After three years of study, the Opportunity Collaborative unveils its plan to reduce economic disparities in the Baltimore region. The Opportunity Collaborative is a consortium of local governments, state agencies, universities and nonprofits. In this hour, Michael Kelly, executive director of the Baltimore Metropolitan Council, shares the consortium’s ideas on coordinating workforce development, transportation and housing across Baltimore City and nearby counties.
