Open Phones - Same Sex Marriage Legalized; Red Line Canceled

Open phone lines this hour for reaction to the news -- from Washington, an historic Supreme Court decision. The Court ruled that the Constitution guarantees a nationwide right to same-sex marriage. We'll hear more about that from our guests and hear what Midday listeners have to say.

Also, in Annapolis yesterday, Gov. Larry Hogan nixed the $2.9 billion Red Line - a 14 mile rail line connecting Baltimore's east and west sides from Woodlawn to Bayview.  WYPR's senior news analyst Fraser Smith joins Midday to assess the ramifications of Hogan’s decision.  Open phones, listener calls.
