Checking in on Baltimore's Youth Curfew

It’s been just over a month since the new youth curfew took effect in Baltimore City. In the 30 days starting August 8, 120 minors have been picked up for curfew violations.

The dataon these curfew violations were released yesterday and joining Sheilah in the studio is Angela Johnese, director of the Mayor’s Office on Criminal Justice. We also hear from Sonia Kumar, staff attorney for the ACLU of Maryland, which has concerns about the implementation of the curfew law.
