In this second hour of Midday Friday, we welcome back George Hensler, competitive barbecue chef, along with two other master grillers, for some advice on backyard smoking and grilling. George is captain of a barbecue team known as Who Are Those Guys, and he’s written a book on cooking with fire and smoke. Also joining us: Jen McGrath, who also takes part in BBQ competitions. and a local grill ace, Greg Burley, of the Big Bad Wolf’s House of BBQ in Hamilton. So, if you’ve been dabbling in grilling and smoking and want some advice from the experts stay tuned.
