Our guests: Dr. Steven Daviss, chairman of psychiatry at Baltimore Washington Medical Center; Dr. Dinah Miller, in private practice; and Dr. Annette Hanson, a forensic psychiatrist with appointments at the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins Hospital.
