O'Malley Unveils Budget Plan With Cuts, But No Furloughs

Governor Martin O'Malley rolled out his proposed budget today, with good news for state employees and bad news for schools and hospitals. It came at the end of a week in which he began his second term, his lieutenant-governor began to emerge as a candidate for the top job in four years and the top Senate Republican resigned his job. WYPR's Joel McCord reports.
