Thank goodness for people
Thank goodness for people like Phillip Bovender at the Red Cross who, like so many other volunteers, has taken time away from his normal work to perform his volunteer duties, which have taken him from home for weeks at a time. This comes as no surprise to those of us who were priviledged to grow up with Phillip and see his volunteer efforts begin while in high school. He is truly a gift to the Red Cross and those he has helped over the years. We, in his home state of North Carolina, wish him well and God speed.
