Youth Unemployment
The unemployment rate for American’s between 16 and 19 years old is three times the 9 percent rate for the nation as a whole. It’s much higher for minority teens. Sheilah talks to two analysts about the long-term effects of high youth unemployment and how likely it is that the teen job market will improve.
