If you’re a fan of Urbanite, a free monthly magazine on Baltimore city life, you might want to grab the latest issue while you still can. Publisher Tracy Ward has said the September issue will be the last. Ward joins us in the studio to talk about Urbanite's nearly 10-year run. Then, we hear from Mary Hartney Nahorniak, former editor of NewsTrust Baltimore, about Urbanite’s niche in Baltimore’s media scene.
The Urbanite website will go dark on October 1. But, you'll still be able to check out back issues at issuu.com. And, you can learn more about NewsTrust Baltimore at their website.
