The Theatre Project and the Creative Alliance are fixtures on the Charm City arts scene for experimental music, theater, dance, and visual art. The artistic leaders of these esteemed organizations are leaving after long tenures that have seen major changes across the spectrum of Baltimore’s arts scene.
Jed Dodds has been the artistic director of the Creative Alliance in East Baltimore since 1999. He’s leaving town to take a job in Key West, FL. Anne Cantler Fulweiler ran the Theater Project for 10 years. She’s staying in town and has recently taken a position with the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation, based here in Baltimore.
Jed Dodds and Anne Fulweiler join Tom Hall to look back on Baltimore's artistic evolution.
