How well is Maryland doing? You could count the size of our economy, but how do you measure the cost of crime, or the price of noise? We talk with Sean McGuire, Director of Sustainability Policies at the Department of Natural Resources about the Genuine Progress Indicator and the picture it paints of Maryland.
