Baltimore: one of the nation's most park-friendly cities? A new survey says so. Baltimore earned a ParkScore that ranked it 15 spot out of 40 U.S. cities studied by the Trust for Public Land. We'll ask Peter Harnick, director of Trust for Public Land research arm Center for City Park Excellence--and a Johns Hopkins University graduate--how Baltimore reached its top 20 "ParkScore."
