The General Assembly is wrapping up its special session. We’ll ask the Washington Post’s Aaron Davis and the Baltimore Sun’s Annie Linskey what legislature has done with taxes and the budget … and the prospects of a second special session.
Then – Washington College’s ‘Sophie Kerr Prize’ is the largest undergraduate literary prize in the nation. This morning, Tom Hall talks with the winner, and we’ll look into whether the growing number of arts prizes in Baltimore helps not just the artists who win them,… but the whole city.
