Maryland doctors and hospitals are slowly adopting electronic medical records systems.  But many free medical clinics don’t have the cash for that sort of software.  Eugene Semenov and Michael Morris hope to change that.  They are medical students at Johns Hopkins and the University of Maryland, respectively, and they used open-source software to develop a system for the free clinic at the Baltimore Rescue Mission, where they started volunteering as undergraduates.  They talk with Sheilah about the system, and their new organization to share the mission of the system, called Networking Health.
