Are there things we stock-up on when we’re in the grocery store or at the farmer’s market that will help us ward-off cancerous cells? Are there particular behaviors that contribute to cancer?
To answer these questions, as always, we turn to our resident Nutrition Diva, Monica Reinagel. She’s a licensed nutritionist from Baltimore and the creator of the Nutrition Diva podcast. Her latest book is called Nutrition Diva’s Secrets for a Healthy Diet.
