1-21-13: The Inauguration, as Viewed from Maryland

This morning, Washington, D.C. is buzzing with preparations to mark Barack Obama’s inauguration to a second term as president. Plenty of Marylanders were heading over on the MARC train this morning. We hear from some of them, and check in with the celebration going on around Baltimore's own Barack Obama--his wax figure, which is at the National Great Blacks in Wax Museum. We check in with Dr. Joanne Martin, the museum’s president and founder, who's there. We also talk with community activist and NAACP lobbyist Doc Cheatham about the significance of a second Obama term.
The Great Blacks in Wax Museum is open until 5 pm this afternoon, if you're interested in checking out his wax figure--and celebrating the inauguration there.
