Zatarain's showcases New Orleans cuisine during Super Bowl week
The New Orleans unit of Sparks flavoring giant McCormick & Co. Inc. has been using Super Bowl week to showcase its line of Cajun food products to people from across the world.
Zatarain’s, which McCormick acquired in 2003 for $180 million, set up a booth this week with cooking demonstrations and samples in the Super Bowl media center.
