WRIT portfolio to be marketed by Cassidy Turley

Rockville-based Washington Real Estate Investment Trust has tapped Cassidy Turley to market the previously announced sale of its medical office property portfolio, GlobeSt.com reports.

The 17-asset portfolio is about 90 percent occupied. Cassidy Turley says the property likely will be sold in its entirety.
