Woman killed in domestic dispute at Garrison home

Two children found unharmed; suspect arrested

A woman was found killed and two small children were located unharmed in a Garrison home late Tuesday night after a Baltimore County Police tactical unit forced its way into the home following a call about a possible domestic dispute.
