White Flint's transformation plan lures major investor

A transformation plan for White Flint to convert a congested stretch of Rockville Pike to an urban neighborhood has lured another major investor, the Washington Post reported.

Rockville-based Foulger-Pratt, one of the most active developers in Montgomery County, acquired a 1.2-acre property near the White Flint Metro Station in early December, and is planning for a mixed-use project.
