Burglar shot West Towson resident in neck during late-night burglary

Baltimore County Circuit Court Judge Robert Cahill Jr. on Tuesday sentenced Bradford Steven Holup, who last February non-fatally shot West Towson resident George Stover in the back of the neck during a botched late-night burglary, to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
