Walton Group floats bus plan to lure FBI to Prince George's County
Canadian real estate firm the Walton Group, one of North America's largest land developers, plans to begin work this month on the 479-acre Westphalia Town Center project along Pennsylvania Avenue, and it is pulling out all the stops to get the FBI to build a headquarters there, The Washington Post reported.
