Veolia Transportation employees to shift companies in contract change
More than 75 Veolia Transportation employees in Baltimore plan to switch companies next month as part of a new contract.
Veolia told the state's labor department in a filing Tuesday that it planned to lay off 78 employees starting in March. But Dave Siedentopf, general manager of Veolia, said those employees are taking jobs with First Transit.
