Unfair labor practices case against Hyatt Regency begins
National Labor Relations Board attorneys have begun their case against the Hyatt Regency Baltimore by describing a situation of "unlawful" management responses to unionizing efforts by employees after hours of discussion failed to bring a settlement, the Baltimore Sun reported.
As the Sun reported, Attorneys on both sides of the Hyatt case tried for most of Monday to reach a settlement, but they couldn't reach an agreement.
