Under Armour unveils plan for visitor center, skywalk in Locust Point
Under Armour Inc.’s campus expansion plans got a boost on Thursday, as a city design panel approved initial plans for the Baltimore sportswear maker to add a new visitor center, skywalk and refurbished bridge in Locust Point.
