Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank's pay rose 35% in 2012
Under Armour Inc. CEO Kevin Plank's total compensation package rose 35 percent in 2012, most of which was tied to the Baltimore sportswear maker meeting set performance goals.
Plank made more than $1.5 million last year, up from $1.1 million in 2011, according to a filing late Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Plank's base salary for the year remained at $26,000 — the amount he made during the company's first year in 1996.
