Ulman challenges Baker to wear Baltimore Ravens jersey
Howard County Executive Ken Ulman promised to wear a red and gold football jersey for an entire day if the Baltimore Ravens lose to the Washington Redskins Sunday, the Baltimore Sun reported.
Ulman made the offer in an online challenge to Prince George's County Executive Rushern Baker, saying he wants Baker to wear Ravens gear if the Redskins lose. The Washington, D.C. team practices in P.G. County.
