Twice unsold, 101 N. Charles St. is back on the auction block
Third time’s the charm? The 67,255-square-foot building at 101 N. Charles St., first scheduled for auction two years ago, is scheduled to hit the auction block again.
GoIndustry DoveBid Inc. has scheduled the sale of the 12-story building for noon Feb. 20 at the site. The century-old office building has undergone a partial conversion — the project was scrapped — into a 100-room hotel.
