Traffic slowed by accident on U.S. 40 in Howard County

Morning traffic in the Ellicott City area has been stalled for more than three hours because of an accident on U.S. 40 at Normandy Center Drive/Normandy Woods Drive westbound at 5:17 that closed the right turning lane and shoulder.
