Traffic: Crashes in Baltimore, Anne Arundel counties

An accident on Interstate 95 North at Exit 62 (Interstate 895 North/Rosedale) in Baltimore County southbound forced closure of the right lane and shoulder as of 7 a.m., in one of two accidents that occurred at the start of Monday morning's commute, the state Department of Transportation said.
