Towson-based reporter upgraded to fair condition

Lifelong Towson resident and former Towson Patch editor Tyler Waldman had his condition upgraded to "fair" on Monday at Maryland Shock Trauma, one week after a two-car crash at the corner of East Joppa Road and Goucher Boulevard put him in the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
