Townhouse Kitchen in Harbor East faces lawsuits from subcontractors
An entity of Townhouse Kitchen + Bar and the restaurant’s Illinois-based general contractor are facing a pair of lawsuits from subcontractors claiming they have yet to be paid fully for work they did on the Harbor East eatery.
Principle Plumbing Inc. alleged in its lawsuit that it is still owed $31,428 for $87,901 in plumbing work it performed and materials it provided for the restaurant, which opened in May. Principle, which is headquartered in Forest Hill, sued Townhouse Baltimore LLC, of Glenview,…
