Thursday traffic jammed by fatal crash on I-695

All lanes of inner loop near Belair Road blocked

An accident involving three vehicles has closed all lanes and both shoulders of the Interstate 695 inner loop near Belair Road in the Overlea area of Baltimore County, according to the state Department of Transportation.
