Tai Sophia earns university status, changes name
The Tai Sophia Institute, an alternative wellness school in Laurel, has been awarded university status by the state and will change its name.
The school will become the Maryland University of Integrative Health effective March 1. The rebranding comes after school received universty designation from the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
