Super Bowl boosted Baltimore bar sales — and created big lines
The overjoyous crowds celebrating the Ravens win didn’t spend the Super Bowl outdoors. Many made their way out of local pubs and restaurants — giving local business owners a boost that for some has lasted a few weeks.
Thirsty patrons waited at Max’s Taphouse in a line that formed outside the Fells Point bar from the time it opened at 11 a.m. through halftime of the game, General Manager Casey Hard said.
