Suit against Seacrets gets underway 

A trial over an Ocean City bar’s liability for a rape that occurred in its parking lot began Monday with the plaintiff’s attorney arguing that the bar failed to take reasonable precautions, while the bar’s lawyer argued the “horrible” incident was not the result of any negligence on its part.
