Station North cafe owner fears auction could displace his business
The owner of the Station North Arts Cafe Gallery fears he will soon have to shut its doors, because the building housing the restaurant is set to hit the auction block.
Kevin Brown opened the Station North Arts Cafe eight years ago at 1816 N. Charles St. in North Baltimore. But Alex Cooper Auctioneers Inc. has scheduled a foreclosure auction for 11:30 a.m. Jan. 17.
