St. John starts work on Annapolis Commons
St. John Properties Inc. has started work on a 28-acre mixed-use project in Annapolis called Annapolis Commons.
The plan for Annapolis Commons includes a two single-story Class A buildings and three two-story speculative buildings totaling 27,0000 square feet. The first phase, expected to be completed by early 2014, will include a two-story 63,000-square-foot building and a one-story 32,000-square-foot building.
Annapolis Commons will be constructed off the Harry S. Truman Parkway near Riva Road.…
