Sinclair Broadcast says profits soared in fourth quarter

The Hunt Valley-based TV station benefited from political and auto advertising

Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. said profit soared in the fourth quarter, capping a year in which the Hunt Valley TV station owner saw record levels of political advertising and benefited from a rebound in auto advertising.
