Silo Point townhome project gets OK from city panel
A plan for building 54 townhomes next to the Silo Point condominium building in Locust Point was approved by the city’s Urban Design and Architecture Review Panel on Thursday.
Developer Mark Sapperstein is developing the project on the roughly 3-acre site in Locust Point. Beazer Homes (NYSE: BZH) will build the 54 townhouses. The plan originally called for 55 units.
