Shattuck retires as Exelon executive chair; paid $8M in 2012
Mayo A. Shattuck III, the former CEO of Constellation Energy Group who navigated the company through a $7.9 billion sale last year to Exelon Corp., has retired as executive chairman of Exelon.
The Chicago energy giant said in a federal filing Thursday that Shattuck ceased to be an employee of Exelon on Feb. 28. He continues to be non-executive chairman and a director of the company, according to the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
