Senate President Miller introduces transportation revenue bill

A bill that would raise hundreds of millions of dollars for transportation projects in Maryland while shifting more of the burden of financing transit projects to Baltimore and the urban counties was introduced in the State Legislature Monday night by Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller, the Baltimore Sun reported.
