Semanie stepping down as Carrollton CFO

Carrollton Bancorp’s chief financial officer is resigning, the company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday.

Mark A. Semanie is leaving Carrollton (NASDAQ: CRRB), the parent company of Columbia’s Carrollton Bank, to pursue other professional interests and not because of any disagreements with Carrollton’s board of directors or management, the company said in its filing.
