Second Grand Prix of Baltimore draws smaller crowds, generates less money for city

Race On says numbers shown in report will serve as "baseline" for judging future events

An economic impact report paid for by race organizers Race On LLC and released Thursday shows the crowd for the second Grand Prix of Baltimore included fewer people and generated almost $5 million less in economic impact for local businesses than the first race.
