Science Park Professional Center in College Park bought by Premier Cos.

The Premier Cos. has acquired the Science Park Professional Center in College Park, Citybizlist.com reports. No terms were disclosed.

The property is a 45,059-square-foot medical office building located at 6201 Greenbelt Road. It is 70 percent leased to over 20 long-term tenants and is anchored by Children’s National Medical Center.
